underwhelming stay with some issues
expensive swim caplate housekeeping
i was quite disappointed with my stay. housekeeping didn't come until late in the afternoon (around 4:30pm). the pool required swim caps, even for small children and they were quite expensive to purchase, costing a minimum of 66 lei each. it reminded me of they were trying to get more money from the customers. (i usually don't complain about small things, but this was a bit much)

I found several issues . The elevators had a long wait time, a significant inconvenience. My bedroom had dust, the window looked uncleaned for an extended period. I requested a small bag for a sandwich, because I was in a hurry, but the staff initially refused. This was only resolved after the manager intervened and gave me a box suitable only for one sandwich. The lounge lacked minimal refreshments from night to morning. These issues are unacceptable.

I found the staff to be helpful. the complimentary miniature desserts and juices upon arrival were a good touch. We overlooked the parliament from our spacious room. the room attendant was also gracious. I appreciated the separate tub and shower.
Housekeeping didn't come until 4:30pm one day, inconvenient.

The olea restaurant offered nice food. the hotel bar staff were friendly and provided prompt service. breakfast had a lot of choices. I particularly appreciated the fresh pastries.
